I had a mixed experience at this hotel in Hanoi. The location was fantastic, just minutes away from the night markets and key tourist spots. The rooms were clean, but they were extremely small, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay, but there were some issues that were concerning. Overall, it’s a great spot for those who want to be in the heart of the action, but be prepared for tighter accommodations.
